Support Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and experienced technical support engineer to join our growing R&D team.

Within our team you will work closely with our Dev and QA teams, provide support to end users and help integrate solutions to our internal teams.

This is a great opportunity for talented individuals with solid technical knowledge in various disciplines, strong customer service inclination and innovative thinking.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting end users on several mobile apps
  • Supporting pre and post sales teams
  • IT services
  • Collaborate with content, projects, R&D and QA teams to resolve technical issues and end user solutions
  • Work on internal service solutions
  • Contributeto our growing knowledge base of articles and education materials
  • Executing product customization

Qualifications:

  • Experience as technical support in mobile apps
  • Hands on experience with Windows and Linux
  • Ability to write scripts (Bash,Python)
  • Experience with SQL
  • Hands on experience with support ticketing systems (Zoho Desk, ZenDesk , Fresh desks or equivalent)
  • Hands on experience with project management tools.
  • Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written are a must
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Technical writing skills
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problem, perform multiple tasks and prioritize projects
  • Languages (verbal and written): English & Hebrew a must, German and/or Spanish are an asset.
  • 2 years’ experience in a support position
